Since inception, Haiku Properties has acted as principal in a number of subdivisions and other real estate investments more generally. This experience helps inform the agency and advice Haiku Properties is able to provide clients to help them understand the local market, zoning, other relevant State and County regulations, and issues with construction and engineering.
Haiku Properties is currently active in multiple developments, among them:
Piiholo North
A ten lot subdivision three minutes from Makawao Town with expansive ocean and mountain views, and including a large ravine with a stream and waterfalls.
Nalu Ola
These fourteen existing lots comprise the first buildable land on the ocean side of Hana Highway east of Mama’s Fish House. Eight are ocean front along the bluffs, and all have spectacular ocean and mountain views. Private, serene, and only five minutes to Paia and three minutes to Haiku Town.
Hoku Hills
This three lot subdivision is in the Calasa region of Lower Kula, widely regarded as the ideal elevation and north/south location for an optimal climate. Unobstructed bicoastal and Haleakala views add to perfection.
